Pricing
That is the number to hold us to. What Setoff found and brought back sits on your dashboard every month, next to what Setoff costs — and if the ratio stops making sense, stop paying. Monthly, or annual with two months free.

The launch offer · until 30 November
Take the launch offer before 30 November and your first year costs 50% of the annual price — the first-year column in the table above. The two-months-free annual discount is already inside those numbers — this is half of that, not half then haggling. And the paid year does not start until 1 December: every month between signing up and then is free, so taking the offer today means up to 15 months of Setoff for half a year’s price.
Whenever you sign up, you pay nothing until the year’s expiry deadline has passed. That is deliberate: 30 November is the day pending credit lapses for good, so you will spend the one week that proves this product watching it work — before the first invoice from us. It is also the day the launch offer closes, with the free period it rides on.
Refer a business, get a month free when they convert. When a business you refer becomes a paying customer, a month comes off your own bill — one month per referral, no cap. No forms, no payout, no commission: just a shorter invoice. Practising CAs are set up differently — you buy the workspace and bill your own clients for the service, which keeps your fee arrangements entirely yours.
On every plan
Every workspace runs the same product — reconciliation against GSTR-2B and IMS, the chase queue with its dated log, the early warnings, registers from Tally, Zoho Books or CSV, and portal fetch. The price changes with how many clients you reconcile for, and nothing else is withheld to sell you an upgrade.
Before you ask
Because the work is proportional to how many taxpayers you file for, not how many people log in. Every user in your firm is included on every plan — there is no seat to count anywhere in the product.
The free check reconciles one month in your browser with no signup and no account — your files never leave the machine. It is the same matcher the paid product runs, so what it finds is what Setoff would find.
On 1 December you either saw it work through the deadline or you didn’t. If you did, billing starts at the quoted rate. If you didn’t, walk away — nothing was charged, and your data was six fields per invoice that we delete on request.
Six fields per invoice: supplier GSTIN, supplier name and phone, invoice number, invoice date, taxable value and tax amount. Not what you bought, not quantities, not your sales, not your customers, not your bank details. That is the answer when a client asks what you have handed over.
Monthly by default — stop when it stops earning its keep. If Setoff is not recovering more credit than it costs, it should not be renewed, and we would rather hear that in month two than lose a year of goodwill collecting for month twelve. Annual is there for the two months it saves, not because anything locks you into it.
Run the free check on last month’s register. If it finds nothing, you have lost ten minutes and learned your suppliers file properly — which is worth knowing.
